Movement Meditation

Service Description

We need movement to show gratitude to our body for holding us in our day-to-day life. In this class we are going to be releasing all that tension and trauma that is stored throughout the body. With this practice we will find a deeper connection within our emotional and physical system to stay present. We will focus on journal prompts to embody the emotion in order to release it. Followed by a guided meditation to bring us back to the present moment. We will groove and wiggle around and nurture the body with movement. This is a class for everybody, no experience needed.

Cancellation Policy

Classes must be canceled 24hrs before class time starts to retain your credit. Any class canceled after 24 hrs will be lost.
