The Full Story

Our Offerings

Take a look at our weekly class offerings. Almost all are beginner-friendly with modifications. Classes are listed from most accessible to spiciest. However, our studio is always encouraging our students to focus more on how they feel than what they look like. We support each other and root each other on. This studio encourages breaks in between and lots of positive self talk. Here, we enjoy our bodies' ability to move with gratitude. At this studio we move with love and intention towards our bodies.

Stretch Yoga

This class is the class you want to take if your back is achey, if you stand all day and need to stretch your hips open, if your shoulders are tight, if you want to extend gratitude to your body or if you simply want to have a restful night’s sleep.

We incorporate yoga straps, blocks and bolsters to help you feel supported and nurtured through your practice. This class helps you set intentions for your week and can help you manage and cope with stress. No experience necessary for this one.

Core Yoga

This class combines the 8 limbs of yoga with the principles of Pilates. This is the class you want to take if you want a low impact workout that helps strengthen your core and also keeps you safe. This class is functional because it helps to improve posture, balance, body awareness and your mood.

This class will help improve your range of motion and assist with lower back issues since many of them stem from having a weak core. The low and slow tempo of this class makes it challenging but accessible!

Hatha Yoga

A dynamic, yet gentle, progressive flow that incorporates familiar poses, breath work, and inversions. This class is beginner friendly and pose variations are the standard. Expect lots of prop use and good music! Coming Spring 2024!

Sunday Reset Vinyasa

This 45 min class helps your mind, body, and spirit reset after a long weekend filled with social activities. This class will help you set an intention for the week.

Setting intentions is one of the best ways you can keep yourself on course to meeting goals and achieving the level of happiness you desire.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.

Yoga Barre

This class is a combination of Yoga, Barre and Pilates. It takes the dynamic elements and isometric movements of Barre and combines them with the release of Yoga and the core elements of Pilates. It’s a non-traditional yoga class but so much fun!

This class targets your glutes in an intense workout that includes a lot of squats and leg extensions using the weight of your own body and gravity. It ends with an awesome yoga flow to help you stretch out what you just worked out so you aren’t as sore the next day. If you enjoy a challenge on the mat, this class is for you.

This is the class that will have that azz looking right!

Vinyasa Barre

This class is the love child of Vinyasa, Barre, Pilates and Cardio. Similar to Yoga barre this class uses dynamic and isometric movements along with props like weights, pilates blue balls and the pilates ring to give you a safe, fun but challenging yoga flow that ignites your core, works your glutes and leaves you feeling balanced and invigorated. Definitely sign up if you enjoy a physical challenge that is nurturing and attainable.
