Service Description

this class is a fast-paced, energetic, and playful vinyasa flow. there will be some challenges. my overall goal is to create a refreshing space to explore, hold space, and free a range of emotions and energies. class will be almost fully guided with space to move intuitively and modifications will be offered. this class is also open to everyone but some yoga knowledge will be beneficial.

Cancellation Policy

Classes must be canceled 24hrs before class time starts to retain your credit. Any class canceled after 24 hrs will be lost.
