Level 2 Pilates + Yoga Flow

Must complete 10 Pilates + Flow Classes to register or have taken Reformer Pilates prior.

Service Description

This class is a level up to our Pilates + Yoga Flow. The same intention, but with more complex exercises and a foam roller to help mimic the moves on a Pilates reformer. A stretch to end the class will have you coming back for more.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Classes must be canceled 24hrs before class time starts to retain your credit. Any class canceled after 24 hrs will be lost.
