This 45 min class targets your glutes in an intense workout that includes a lot of squats and leg extensions using the weight of your own body, gravity, weights, the Pilates ring, blue ball and bands, coupled with a breathy vinyasa flow to bring you a spicy workout with a power flow in between. Suggested to take Yoga Barre and Yoga Core before-hand.
Classes must be canceled 24hrs before class time starts to retain your credit. Any class canceled after 24 hrs will be lost.
