A beginner friendly yoga flow centered around love and friendship. Doors open half hour before class so we can connect and chat and take 1906 New High’s sponsored edible as a community We will then slow flow with small breaks in between to consume your medicine or choice. All mats and props provided

Classes must be canceled 24hrs before class time starts to retain your credit. Any class canceled after 24 hrs will be lost.
