This class consists of 4-5 poses allowing for a deep and intense practice rooted in self reflection, relaxation and meditation. The best way to begin the week.

Cancellation Policy

Classes must be canceled 24hrs before class time starts to retain your credit. Any class canceled after 24 hrs will be lost.
